Shipping

GranRamos (Gran Ramos) provides services in person or remotely: nothing is shipped physically. There is no online store with parcels, tracking codes or couriers — we fabricate and install your project.

How the service is delivered

Appointments are scheduled with you after contact; the service is delivered at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801 or remotely, as agreed. No shipping costs apply.

Step 1 — Quote by WhatsApp

Send your project details (room, approximate measurements, photos, desired material and color) to +17703565973 on WhatsApp or to [email protected]. We reply with a written quote showing the full amount in Brazilian reais (R$) before you commit to anything.

Step 2 — Measuring visit

After the quote is approved, our team schedules the on-site measuring visit at the address you provide, on a date agreed with you. Cabinets, structures and the working area must be ready for the piece to be measured correctly.

Step 3 — Fabrication

Cutting, edging and finishing are done in our shop at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Slab and color selection can also be done in person at the shop, by appointment.

Step 4 — Delivery and installation

The finished pieces are transported by our team and installed at the project address on the date agreed with you. Someone 18 or older must be present to receive and release the installation.

Any transport or installation amount, when applicable, is already stated inside the quote you approved — there is no separate shipping fee added later.

Remote service

Consultations, material and color guidance, drawing review and quote approval can be handled remotely by WhatsApp or e-mail, with no travel and no cost to you.

Rescheduling and contact

If you need to change a measuring or installation date, tell us in advance at +17703565973 or [email protected] and we will rearrange the schedule.
