What we sell

Made-to-measure stone work in quartz, ultracompact surfaces (Dekton and Neolith), marble and slabs — countertops, tops, cladding and similar pieces for residential and commercial projects, including work for builders and architects.

Nothing on this website is sold by instant checkout as a standard catalog item: every project is quoted individually, because price depends on the material, color, thickness, edge, cut-outs and the final measurements taken on site.

Quotes, prices and payment

Quotes are requested by WhatsApp at +17703565973 or by e-mail at [email protected]. Every quote states the full amount in Brazilian reais (R$), in the currency displayed at checkout when payment is made online, and includes the charges described there — material, fabrication, and delivery/installation when applicable.

You always see the total price before you approve anything. There are no subscriptions, memberships or recurring charges of any kind: you pay only the agreed amount for the project you approved.

A quote is valid for the period written on it and is confirmed as an order when the quote is approved by you and payment (or the agreed first payment) is approved. We may cancel orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud and refund any amount paid.

Measuring, approval and execution

Final measurements are taken on site by our team after the base cabinets or structures are in place. Dimensions, cut-outs, edges, finish and material are recorded in the approved order; changes requested after approval may be treated as a new quote.

Natural stone and slabs vary in veining, tone and pattern from sample to sample. Small variations between the sample or photo you saw and the slab used are inherent to the material and are not defects.

See our Refund Policy. Because our work is made to measure, it also explains what can and cannot be cancelled after cutting has started.

Intellectual property

All content on the website — texts, project photos, drawings and marks — belongs to GranRamos (Gran Ramos) or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

No guarantee of results

Results depend on individual factors such as the site conditions, the cabinetry, the chosen material and its use and maintenance; we do not promise specific outcomes and we make no earnings, performance or durability guarantees beyond what is written in your order and required by law.

Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information or request quotes on behalf of someone else without authorization. The site is intended for adults 18 or older.

Limitation of liability
